Get Ready for 134th Canton Fair: Pre-Registration & Travel Updates

The 134th Canton Fair (China Import and Export Fair) is just around the corner, set to take place in Guangzhou on October 15, 2023. 

For those eager to participate, here’s what you need to know about pre-registration and travel arrangements.

Pre-Registration Details

  • Pre-registration is open from September 1 to September 30, and you can register through the BEST platform at this link.

  • Each institution and company can register up to 10 individuals.

  • Six of these registrations are free of charge and valid for the entire event. These free badges will be sent to you via mail.

  • Four additional passes are available for a fee and can be applied for across different Canton Fair phases. Payment and badge collection will be handled on-site at the Canton Fair venue.

  • On-site badge processing begins on October 12. You can only process badges for the current Canton Fair phase; no cross-phase badge processing is allowed.

  • The badge fee is RMB300 per day, plus a RMB50 processing fee. Be aware that badge fees are non-refundable.

  • Individuals under the age of 18 are not eligible.

September Boost for Pazhou Ferry Terminal

Starting September 1, there’s great news for travelers connecting to the Canton Fair via sea routes. 

Guangzhou’s Pazhou Ferry Terminal ⇌ Hong Kong International Airport ferry service will be enhanced with an additional daily round trip.

This includes an extra departure from Guangzhou’s Pazhou Ferry Terminal at 5.30pm and one from Hong Kong International Airport at 9.30am.
